SMG Sponsors Junior Fire Academy in Linden!
The Linden Fire Department hosts the Junior Fire Academy from June 27th to July 1st. This unique community event has already become a summer staple for Union county. In 2022, Staff Management Group became sponsors of this special event.
Thirty students graduating the 7th and 8th grades, have the opportunity to learn about the Fire Department and explore a future career in Firefighting! They will also receive basic training in Physical Fitness, Department Operations, Fire Science, Haz-Mat, First Aid, and CPR. Demonstrations include Engine and Ladder Truck Operations, Rope Rescue, Car Extrication, HazMat, and more!
Staff Management Group is proud to support community events that teach young people the qualities and advantages of working hard! Plus, it demonstrates a great career path!
