National Staffing Employee Week 2024
This week, we’re excited to once again celebrate the Stars of America’s Workforce during National Staffing Employee Week! For years, the American Staffing Association has honored the invaluable contributions of millions of workers employed by staffing agencies across the U.S., and we’re proud to continue that tradition here at Staff Management Group.
In our fourth consecutive year of celebrating National Staffing Employee Week, we are more excited than ever to recognize the exceptional hard work and dedication of our associates. If you’d like to revisit how we’ve celebrated in the past, check out our posts from 2021, 2022, and 2023.
This year, we’ve once again identified 90 outstanding associates who have consistently demonstrated our core values in their daily contributions. Each of these deserving individuals will receive a special gift bag filled with SMG goodies, along with a $25 gift card as a token of our appreciation for their continued excellence.
While last year’s grand prizes featured an exciting mix of electronics and tech gadgets, this year we’ve switched things up. In 2024, all five of our top associates had the chance to win cash prizes—with a thrilling twist! The winners were randomly selected and then invited to spin the prize wheel, which featured four different cash amounts. Each winner walked away with a cash prize, ranging from $250 to $500!
It was a fun and exciting way to add a new layer of anticipation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Staffing Week campaign such a success. Most importantly, we want to acknowledge our incredible employees for their hard work, dedication, and the talent they bring to our team every day. Without you, none of this would be possible.
