Supervisory Skills Training
On July 17, several of our dedicated Branch Managers and Account Managers from Staff Management Group participated in a Supervisory Skills training class at Middlesex County College. The session focused on practical leadership techniques, communication strategies, and effective team management skills that are essential for success in the staffing industry.
Feliciano Ramos, our Regional Account Manager, shared: “It was a great opportunity to share and learn new techniques and experiences with colleagues.”
